The McFarland Lofts building served a much different purpose in the past. The 105-year old federal style building once operated as a wagon warehouse for Cincinnati Gas, Light & Coke. Purchased in 2007 by architect Conrad Oppt and builder Jack Glaser, they envisioned transforming the historic building into upscale and private lofts in the heart of downtown.
